We are currently in the planning stages of our project and will begin work in June. Thus far, Chris and Jason have been simply amazing. We are planning a total reno of our backyard and were not quite sure what we wanted to do. Premier Service Group came out and looked at our yard and within a few days came back with computer generated images of a base plan so we could envision how it would look. We discussed different options and they were very helpful with knowledgeable suggestions that made it a lot of fun to work with them, no stress. Chris went above and beyond in researching safe options for our pets and foster dogs to be around. We are so looking forward to working with this group, cannot wait to see our finished product!

Our project with Premier was not managed well. Our total project cost ended up being over double the initial figures that were discussed in person. We were pitched a time and materials contract without a timeline or a guaranteed maximum price, which we insisted on. When we ultimately reached that maximum 6 weeks later, they refused to complete the work that was agreed upon. Communication was poor with the owner. Many workmanship issues throughout the project. Precautions weren't taken to protect new flooring that was installed or to contain drywall and concrete dust. Shower head in one bathroom was leaking. Shower mixing valve installed backwards in same bathroom. Many other little things we're still touching up, which shouldn't be the case when spending tens of thousands of dollars.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is based on the needs and budget of the customer. We will not install a product that will fail or cut any corners to meet a budget but there are ways we can work with the customer to give them the best product for the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer and discuss the project then determine if I need to bring in one of my experts to help me give you an accurate bid. Then I will give you a fair and in depth estimate with a projected timeline.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor degree in business and am a licensed contractor. My crew has years in the business to include a master electrician and plumber,along with others with 20+ years in the trades.
