I attend voice conferences, and have taken lessons from some of the best in the business. I have also taught voiceover classes for a national company.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It's worth paying for a professional. Even if your cousin or co-worker (or you) have a "good voice," there's more to it than just getting the words right. Listen to local and national ads on the radio. You'll notice the difference.
