FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can depend a lot on part availability and quality. I will never use a part that we do not trust or have a relationship with the manufacturer on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a video call or phone call, if a site visit is not possible, so I can provide a fair estimate. I give plenty of advanced notice before coming onsite and make sure we are respectful in your space. After arriving onsite we will explain what the install will look like and about how long it will take. When we are done we will ask if we can vacuum (so we don't disturb anyone). This way we can leave your house how we would want someone to leave ours!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in low voltage, burglar alarm systems, fire alarms, card access, and audio visual work. We perform regular training every month with our partners!
