- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
diagnose or listen to the customers problem, inform them on the solution, talk about their budget, if the budget is realistic for the type of project, we will offer different options and do an estimate on the project. Once estimate is approved a contract will be signed with most likely a down payment (pending on circumstances) with a projected start. We will always have a contract to protect both parties and any money received will show what has been paid to show we received a payment. if theres any concerns during the process we are always open to resolve those concerns to ease the customers mind.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in the industry and l learned from my grandfather. I worked in his company for a few jobs. I went to college and worked for a few other construction companies before I started my company.
