- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a generic price and most often the cost will be discounted do to the project being done in less time than described through the app.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself and be very thorough on describing what needs to be done to resolve there issue and what was done when finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been doing this line of work for 20 plus years now and am a total perfectionist with my work. I also love learning as much as I can about my profession.
