FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our jobs are custom bid so that our clients pay only for the services that they need for their event. For some events, such as dance recitals or certain types of competition, the sponsoring organization does not have to pay to have us cover the event. Instead, we sell directly to the attendees. This is a great way to get coverage for an event because we take all of the risk and handle all of the details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting with an email or phone call we try to find out what the specific needs of the client are. Do you need just a single camera or do you want multiple cameras. Because we have been covering events for over a decade, we know the questions that most people don't know to ask...so we like to cover these with new clients.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My favorite types of events to cover are large scale multi-band musical concerts. We use multiple cameras including a camera crane all tied into one work station which then routes the signal out to large LED video walls and/or streams live to the internet. During the summer we do a few types of these events and are always looking for more!
