What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and focused on making things easy for homeowners.
First, we schedule a free roof inspection where we take a close look at the roof and document everything with photos. We check the shingles, flashing, ventilation, and overall condition of the roof.
After the inspection, we explain exactly what we found and walk you through your options. If a replacement or repair is needed, we provide a clear and detailed estimate so you know exactly what the project will involve.
Once everything is approved, we schedule the project, complete the installation with quality workmanship, and make sure the property is fully cleaned up afterward.
At the end, we do a final walkthrough to make sure everything looks great and that you’re completely satisfied with the work.
