What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are $35 dollars to get your computer into the shop and take a look at it. This initial fee covers 30 minuets of work. It is $60-$70 an hour after that. Also, if I am unable to fix your computer, there is no charge.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started computers as a hobby; It is an incredible way to build and create. I view it as the upgrade to Legos.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Rebuilding computers is what I get most of the time and it is what I am best at.
