- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ALL inspections are FREE. Prices are based on time spent to manage the pest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Will contact the new customer first. Second I will travel to location to give a free quote. Third I will ask for a signed contract to proceed with the pest management process. Fourth, once the pest issue has been handled. You will be given a 30 guarantee from the date signed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
State Certification from Wisconsin. Purdue University Pest Management. A.I.B. Certified.
