Start to finish. The estimates were spot on, starting date/time. Progress of work everyday, and communication was excellent throughout the project.
He finished our job within time and we loved the outcome. Highly recommend for anybody getting their floors done.

Bay was excellent to work with. Due to my own conflicting deadlines, I was unable to contract with Bay for Jan talk around. However, we met for a consultation. His easy-going demeanor made me comfortable to ask Bay any questions. And the information he provided was pivotal in making my decision to ultimately wait to have new floors put in.
