I called Lake Country Doors to fix a bent track and cable that had come off my garagedoor. They show up quickly fixed the door. I had mentioned to them how loud the door was when opening and closing. They installed some urethane rollers and replaced the door seal. The rollers made a huge drffrence and well worth the money. I will definitely use Lake Country Doors again.

I called to Make. a appointment, they sent out Benjamin W to come out and take a look at the project and also verify all the inventory was in place because they are my Garagedoors. they were just supposed to install them. Ben said he wasn't too sure about the project because the rear tensions spring was in the back of the door. he would have to get a hold of his general manager Cory Clark, Cory came out a little late, look at the project and said that he would have to make modifications and also talk with his engineers to see how they can install it, Cory left, I waited 2 days. got no call back. had to call him. he said he hasn't had a chance to talk to engineers yet?? 2 days later I called him he said he was busy at the time And would call me back, but he did not, I called him back we finally had a conversation. he said that because the job was in a three-season room not in the garage. it would be difficult to do??? I told him there's no difference in a three season room or a garage?. he did say that he did not have a answers yet about the installment. I asked him if we can make an appointment to get this job done? he said he doesn't know when he going to be able to install them. I told him that he's Fired. I call A1 Garage service. they were able to come out that day they gave me an estimate. schedule an appointment to get it installed, they said there would not be any needed modifications at all. they installed it the next week and got it done with no problems. Country Garagedoor should learn from A1 Garage service how to complete a job with no problems. 100% is satisfied country garage service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As far as door and loading dock work is concerned. I my self have worked in this field over 25 years. I have attended training from all major manufacturers and am IDEA Master tech certified in residential installation and service, IDEA certified master commercial section technician, IDEA Certified Rolling Steel Fire Door Technician. I carry master certifications in, entry systems, gates and operators. My other technicians all carry master certifications in at least one field.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I fell into this career at a young age. I started part time helping a company in the summer when I was 15 to try and save up for my first car. I fell in love and that was the start. That was 25 yrs ago.
