- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based per home or building.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to view your home either in person or by utilizing an online tool to assess how I can best clean your home and the equipment I'll need. We can discuss any extra cleaning that you wish to add onto your initial or ongoing cleaning to get your home in the best shape! During the initial intake process please let me know of any issues you're having, let's say a stingy ring around your toilet bowl, then I'll know I need to spend some extra time on that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2019 I spent about 4 months working with a local cleaning company, the owner provided me with a wealth of information on home and commercial cleaning. Additionally, I have been in the customer service/hospitality industry for well over 15 years and this gave me a great understanding in the importance of customer satisfaction and cleanliness. Having a strong background in restaurant management and training gave me great insight into time management, maintaining a clean work environment not only for my customers but my staff and myself. Most importantly, my customers are always right!
