FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At BruLight General, we believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no surprises. Every project is carefully evaluated based on scope, materials, and code requirements to ensure safe, high-quality work that meets current electrical standards. 1) Free estimates are provided for most projects. 2) Flat-rate and project-based pricing is used whenever possible so you know the cost before work begins. 3) No hidden fees — any additional work is discussed and approved before proceeding. 4) Permits & inspections are not included unless specifically noted, but we can handle them for you if needed. 5) Emergency or after-hours service may include additional charges. 6) Discounts may be available for larger projects, repeat customers, or bundled services (like panel upgrades + EV charger installs). We focus on delivering long-term value, safety, and code-compliant installations, not cutting corners. Financing options or phased work can also be discussed depending on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and professional from start to finish: 1) Initial Contact – We discuss your project, goals, and any immediate concerns.
