What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is: 20 minute visit $15.00 (includes a walk if requesting) House sitting visit $10.00 (no animals) Vacation sitting 3 visits daily $50.00
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free at home consultation is a MUST!!! We need to meet. That's for your comfort and mine as well. I haven't met a dog I do not get along with, but you never know....right. This is an opportunity to go over questions you may have, show me the ropes and where things are kept and most importantly met my new furry friend(s). Ask me anything. I am a stranger to your home and you should always feel comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in the corporate scene for over 16 years and had the opportunity to take a break. I feel in love with caring for animals and serving people in need.
