What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates. On most projects we require a 50% down payment & the rest is due once the job is complete.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take a look at every project in person. This allows me to look at the project and figure out exactly what the customer is looking for, inform them on the product and installation process, and provide them with a bid.
