Hello,
Thank you for your interest in piano lessons. I teach out of my home in Oshkosh. Lessons are $26.00/half hour given once per week. I teach in person, but could teach virtually depending on circumstances. I teach 7 days per week during the school year, and 5 days per week in the summer. I break the year into 3 semesters - Spring runs January-May, Summer runs June-August, and Fall runs September-December.

I was never a student in the Singer Music Studio, but I had the pleasure of teaching piano to Jana Ambrose for nearly 15 years way back when. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lessons are currently $21.00/half hour. I do give a 10% discount for multiple students in the same family.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new customer signs up for lessons. I send them a lesson information sheet, which outlines policies, and also gives them lesson dates and payment information. After that lessons will begin. I will do a Meet & Greet if requested.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Business, so not piano. However, I have played the piano for 36 years, and have now been teaching for 23 years. I have earned awards for playing. I also have played for numerous weddings and funerals. I am a member of MTNA (local and national chapter). I absolutely love playing the piano and teaching!!
