What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is mainly base on the job as a whole vs time it takes but travel distance plays a part also.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer and get a general idea of the project as well as get all their contact information. If it's simple enough I can send them and estimate. If not I like to set up a time to come see the project in person.
