WOW! Jack called me minutes after my Thumbtack outreach, was in Milwaukee, offered to pick up my toilet, and install right after, SAME day! No upcharge for it being a Saturday late afternoon. Installed within 45 minutes! from outreach, material pick up and install happened with 120 minutes!!!! This is almost unheard of! Jack was professional, personable, and was incredibly well priced. Cheers to a hard working young man in the trades! We need more of you.

Yesterday I left a message with two providers to replace three toilets. Jack called me back the next day and even was kind enough to pick the toilets up from the store. He was highly responsive and kept me informed as he went thru the installations.
I would not hesitate to both use Jack in the future and refer Jack to others. Great job!!!

Jack is an ambitious, respectful guy who was so an accommodating. He replaced my sump pump and backup battery, reset a toilet and replaced a bathtub/shower faucet at a reasonable price and he was very accommodating. If he sees a potential problem, he points it out and provides options and a clear explanation. I’d hire him again. Very nice young man.
