Jack is an ambitious, respectful guy who was so an accommodating. He replaced my sump pump and backup battery, reset a toilet and replaced a bathtub/shower faucet at a reasonable price and he was very accommodating. If he sees a potential problem, he points it out and provides options and a clear explanation. I’d hire him again. Very nice young man.
