My varied background as a chef allows my company to provide any food options from fancy cuisine to food truck savory. We currently provide a contract that gives me the use of a large contemporary kitchen for virtually nothing, allowing me to provide more or better quality foods for the same price or better than most others. I absolutely love all aspects of being a chef. Meeting with the clients and determining what their needs and wants within their budgets Sourcing all the components of the recipes utilizing local vendors when I can. The engineering precision it takes to provide food for hundreds of people. The never ending science behind excellent food preparation (molecular gastronomy). It is true what they say "Do what you love and you will never work a day in your life."

I quote my projects and my pricing is fair and stable.(no hidden fees)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk with the customer find out what it is they are wanting to accomplish, Then find out the budget they are comfortable with. I then utilize my experience and skills to put forth a proposal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an executive Chef of ten plus Years. I have worked in environments of diverse culinary menus. I have prepared hundreds of caters, ranging from thirty to five hundred per cater in the last several years.
