My 87-year-old mother's furnace went out right before below-zero temperatures arrived. I live several hours away, so all I could do was search the internet to find 24-hour emergency furnace repair. Nate arrived quickly and discovered that the starter just needed a reset after a brief electrical outage. His charge was very reasonable, and my mom is thrilled to have found such a "nice young man" for all of her HVAC needs. In her words, Nate is a "man of honor." We had them come out to install some HVAC in our basement. The work was done quickly, with absolutely no mess. I wasn't even sure where they put the vents because it was so well hidden and everything was undisturbed! We've used them several times for AC install and general maintenance and they always go above and beyond. Extremely well priced. Well only use them for anything heating and cooling! Highly recommend

Absolutely delighted with Thompson Heating and cooling. My 23 year old furnace was on its last legs. Replaced old furnace and air conditioner. Great job, better than the original install. Very reasonable. You need anything in HVAC this is the place to call. You won't be disappointed. Besides being skilled at their job, they're really nice people.
