We were set to host our family Thanksgiving 2025. My wife woke me at 6:00 am to tell me that furnace was out and that the house was rapidly cooling. I called Nate at Thompson at 6:15 a.m. and left him a message. He returned my call within 20 minutes and said he'd be over shortly. He was at our house 20 minutes later, diagnosed the problem, drove to Menomonee Falls to pick up the part, came back, and installed it by 10:00 a.m. We were able to successfully host our family Thanksgiving and we are so grateful to Nate for his timeliness and expert service. He is personable, organized, prompt, and thorough. I can only give them my highest of recommendations! Brock

Nate Thompson replied to my post on Thumbtack within 2 minutes. The other 2 contractors did not respond for 48 hours. I needed a new water heater installed ASAP and Nate Thompson got the job done. He was pleasant, professional, neat and he was in and out in about 2 hours. This meant the world to me on Christmas weekend!

The furnace was not working correctly, Nate came over furnace had issues for years I was telling him. Suggested I replace it. I was Glad to very old unit had problems off and on for years. Jake and his helper came with a New one, Nate stopped over. These guys are Awesome!! Thank You to All Of You Very Happy to Have Heat again.
