Mercedes was super friendly and even worked with my schedule to get me in for a brow/lip wax, she was very professional, walked me through each of the steps and products she used as she prepped and cleaned my skin. It was my first time there and she mentioned some of her other services, Id definitely come back to try a facial/another wax!
