We provide honest, transparent estimates using Xactimate, the same industry-standard estimating software used by most insurance companies. We work with all insurance carriers and help guide customers through the claims process whenever possible. There are no hidden fees, and every project is priced based on the scope of the damage and restoration needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by gathering details about the damage, including the type of loss (water, fire, mold, etc.) of the affected areas, and whether an insurance claim has been filed. We then schedule an inspection with one of our project managers to assess the damage, develop a restoration plan, and answer any questions. From there, we work quickly to begin mitigation and restoration while keeping you informed every step of the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has experience handling residential and commercial restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, and storm damage. We use industry-standard estimating software (Xactimate) and follow restoration best practices while working directly with insurance companies to help make the process as smooth as possible.
