- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to non profit organizations and discounts to the first 3 bookings each year. We require half down to hold the date for you. We don't do bidding wars, first to sign the contract and required deposit gets the date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an event questionnaire that we will have you fill out so we can get to know you so we can make your event exciting and memorable for you.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Brides and grooms, non-profit organizations, high school graduates and their parents, organizers of a poker run.
