Why hello there!
I'm Ann. First off, Ann and Lee Photography has been many names because I started photographing people, weddings, and travel work when I was very young (ahem... like 2002). My business has grown up with me and over the span of 20 years has added on lots of different professional photographic ventures! I think my adventurous and curious nature has played a very large part in forming the current services under that Ann and Lee Photography offer!
On wedding days, Lee and I are a husband and wife photography duo (and have been doing this for over 12 years!) We shoot all of the country and internationally together. When working with you, we tell your story through a documentary eye in addition to creating beautiful portraits of you and your loved ones. We use a combination of traditional AND candid poses - that way grandma and mom won't have to ask "do you have one of you looking at the camera?" (Yes, we heard that early on in our careers and now make sure to provide a combo!) Not used to being in front of the camera? That's okay! We guide you through the process - and even tell you where to put your hands. ;)
A lot of our photo magic happens because we focus on helping our couples and all their guests feel comfortable (despite having cameras in our hands) on wedding days which allows us to create natural and fun images.
Putting people at ease and collaborating together to create images that reflect your story in an intentional way is our jam.
In addition to weddings, we photograph seniors, families, newborns, and have even worked with models who are creating a portfolio!
In the past five years we have added on working with businesses and realtors. We love helping tell a business's story visually in a way that connects with THEIR clients - whether it's a bigger business that has a team or a smaller business that is operated by an individual!
