- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thumbtack doesn't represent my prices correctly. All my prices are "starting" prices and do not reflect the final cost or the difference in bundles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers I like, not require, a phone conversation so I can get a clear idea of what your wants are in your session and it gives us a chance to get to know each other. Otherwise let's have some fun!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A bachelors degree in broadcast communications but honestly my entire college career is out dated. It's my 30 years of experience and continued work with major productions that is my real resume.
