Introduction: I provide personalized coaching for your health from a holistic perspective in nutrition. Along with your nutritional needs in improving your health, we cover the 12 cycles of life that may have an affect on your overall wellbeing. I am passionate about helping my clients come up with solutions that are best for them in removing illness and disease from their bodies. We are bio-individual and each of us have our own specific characteristics that require personal specialization. It's best to work with you for a 6mos period, you would pay one fee per mos, but have me at your disposal 24/7 anytime you needed me. My goal is to help you overcome what is happening and find the best solutions, so you can establish a new way of life and be fulfilled. My first meeting with you is free to explain what I do and discuss what you are looking for. Since I am a cancer survivor, I am passionate about helping others in that area and any other ailments they are concerned about. I have learned that there are many aspects of whole health and sincerely want others to find what works best for them. Helping people overcome the obstacles getting in the way of living their life is especially important to me and I find it greatly rewarding to help them find their successes.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will have options for my clients. A 6mos service, hourly service, and a group service. I discuss all these at the first free consult.

First initial appt. is a free consult to discuss what I do and listen to what they are asking for to see if we are a good fit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since 2005 and being a cancer survivor, I have studied many holistic modalities in regards to illness and nutritional aspects that heal the body. I have always shared my information to whomever was interested, but never applied as a business until recently.
