We were very impressed by Tony's knowledge and enthusiasm. He gave us a price and started the job. Tony painted deck ,outside trim and interior hall livingroom and replaced patio screen.
All of the work was done in a timely fashion. The finished project was outstanding. We highly recommend Tony for a job well done! I will take pictures and post them later.

Tony was fantastic. So easy to work with from the very beginning of setting a date, picking up the materials for me, and then upon arrival. He impressed me so much with his speed, his perfect lines, and working non-stop. We are very happy with our baby's nursery! Not to mention how nice Tony is, very easy going and friendly. I am hoping to work together in the spring on some exterior projects!

Terry was very friendly but professional. Once he arrived to view my home the actual quote was less than the original . He was patient when I made some changes. He covered my furniture and cleaned up the area when done. Also very convenient payment options.

I hired Tony originally to do interior painting in the upstairs for a house I am selling. It was a rental and was in rough shape. Tony went above and beyond in helping me prep it to sell. I also live in a difference state and he was more than accommodating for my situation. In addition to painting (which was fantastic!), he also did landscaping such as lawn mowing, weed whacking, trimming of bushes, and gutter cleaning. He also got me the right tools for a dehumidifier I had running improperly and was able to take care of some other minor things in the home that made a BIG difference. The first showing I had after he finished his work, I got a full price offer. I had 8 showings before that and no offers. I have one more rental I plan to sell in the next year or two, and I will not be considering anyone else.

I bid jobs by the project and sometimes hourly depending on what needs to be completed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When requests for jobs come in I will normally give a ballpark estimate based on the information provided. Although, it is always best to see the areas involved to get a better understanding and scope of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked on multiple rental and personal properties over the years. I do attend trade shows for the latest products and developments. I have recently gotten home inspection licensing valid thru 12/20.
