What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Inspections start at $375.00
Additional fees apply if the house is over 100 years old, square footage is greater than 2500, multi unit such as duplex or apartment building.
One outbuilding is included but additional outbuildings are $75.00 (some exceptions apply)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Invite them to follow me around during the inspection, encourage them to ask questions and learn about their new investment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed ASHI Training and taken the National Board of Certification Test. Licensed by the State of Wisconsin and I'm required to complete 40 hours of continuing education credit every two years.
