- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices do vary based on the age and size of a property. This may not be reflected in a quoted price until I have the opportunity to discuss the property with my client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We decide on a date and time to inspect. Your agent will confirm through the listing agent that we can proceed. Once confirmed the inspection is scheduled and my contract is sent electronically for your signature. I proceed with the inspection as scheduled. You are welcome to attend the inspection. I recommend as a minimum that you arrive 2 1/2 hours after the inspection starts to review my findings and see first hand my concerns. I accept cash or check at the inspection for my fee. There is a $10 to$15 dollar charge for electronic payments or cards. The report is reviewed by me and emailed on most occasions the same day as the inspection to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i regularly meet or exceed the requirements from the State of Wisconsin for my continuing education requirements to stay current and up to date with building systems and technology
