- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to be reasonable with my pricing while still providing high quality work. I build all mileage and trip expenses into my estimates, that way you know that there won't be any unexpected costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts by talking with you, to find out what your needs are and what you are looking to accomplish. My job is only done when the customer is happy!
