First class work. They removed the carpeting and restored the oak flooring beautifully throughout my entire house. The Northstar team worked tirelessly to get the job done to perfection. I’m thrilled with the end result. Very little dust during the work. It was a challenging project, being a small house and shifting furniture around. I highly recommend Northstar!

Northstar Contracting has great communication skills throughout entire projects no matter how small. They answer not only my questions but my customers concerns and they will even make time to meet on site to evaluate projects prior. If anything were to pop up in the middle of a project they immediate call and inform me. Lastly, I almost never have to worry about an install after completion because their work is always 100%.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not want to be the lowest price. We want to have a business that can afford to take it's time to do things right and fix any issues. We were once new and priced our labor cheap and learned from it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak with new customers over the phone first and see if our values are aligned. If we seem to be a good match we will usually qoute a rough price . If everyone is on board we will arrange a time to meet.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years experience. And we stay up to date on trade publications. It's important to always be improving and changing.
