What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private lessons $55 an hour Group lessons $50 an hour
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Parents must attend if the rider is younger than 18 years old. Rider/parent signs an equine liability release form. Riders learn to groom and tack up the horse. Rider learns how to steer, walk and stop the horse. If the rider is more advanced the time riding will be spent at the level the rider is working at.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certificate in Equine Management from Waukesha Country Technical College. I have been working with the United States Pony Club as a Riding Center Administrator, and as a Polo Instructor with the United States Polo Association. I have trained with Monty Roberts (world renown horseman) on handling horses.
