- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Save money by dropping it off at Ripon Drug/Radio Shack. They will charge you $10.00 that I will take off your bill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call Ripon Technology ill try to fix the computer over the phone if it's a simple problem. I may direct you to another support company like there Internet Service Provider (ISP) if I think they may fix the problem. If your a Home user ill advise you to drop it off at Radio Shack in Ripon. If you are unable to do that I will come to your home. If your a Business I will come to you as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My degree is in Electronic Communications Worked for PBS for 15 Years. Started working on computers in 1993 Ran the IT department for Ripon Medical Center 2000 - 2005 Ripon Technology started 6/2000
