- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do group discounts and offer 1 free pothole repair or 30 ft of free crack repair for new customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You send us the address and your estimated number of potholes/alligator cracking, and the amount in feet of crack filling you need. Plus, choose between our basic or advanced plan. 2. We send you a quote. 3. You accept. 4. We work out a date to come out and seal your driveway.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We currently focus on residential. Usually, we stay under 2,000 square feet.
