Introduction

We are career orientated professional trainers who are graduates from the top schools for professional dog trainers in the country. Our background and formal education in dog training and behavior really set us apart from the crowd. We like to focus less on having to tell the dog what to do all of the time, and instead prefer to focus on teaching the dog how to make better decisions. We feel that the best kind of training is done on a mental level with the dog. What makes us stand out is our versatility and ability to truly help owners and their dogs communicate better with each other. It is imperative to focus on the human end of the leash as well in training, and we pride ourselves in providing a level of support that is unmatched. There is something very rewarding about being able to help dogs and their owners bring out the best in each other.

This was our first time working with a dog trainer and Crystal exceeded our expectations! She taught us a few techniques to keep our 7-month old puppy from jumping on us and others and it seems to really work! She also gave us some great tips on types of toys that would keep him busy and stimulated. She was extremely helpful at explaining to us why our dog was behaving in certain way and showing us techniques we can use to lower his energy level. We will definitely be recommending her to others!

Crystal showed up promptly on time at our home and worked with us and our 2.5 yr old small golden doodle for 2 hours. Crystal brought all her own equipment we needed for Emmy to show us how to help her to learn place, how to go potty on demand and to train Emmy to do interrupt for me, since Emmy is a service dog for me, and was previously not trained to do these needed tasks. Crystal was phenomenal!!!!! Her rates are VERY reasonable and she was extremely knowledgeable. We loved her......THANK YOU CRYSTAL!!!! We had success from that first day and now we are hopeful that we will be able to have a well trained service dog!!! Crystal did more for us in 2 hours, with these three problems, than the 2.5 yrs she was with her former trainer!! We are so grateful!! Crystal gave me hope to be able to work with Emmy so I would not have to return her and start all over with another dog!!!!!
