- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined based on square foot of your space.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and look at the existing floor and determine if there are any cracks that need to be filled. Measurements are taken of the entire space. You are told the square footage of your space. From there, we can look at color options/recommendations for both the flakes and the epoxy color.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gained experience installing these first hand and can walk customers through the entire process from start to finish.
