Introduction: My name is Garrett Ryan and I am an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Human Performance: Exercise Science. I am offering my services as a personal trainer at River City Ironworx in River Falls, WI. Garrett is one of the best trainer I have ever worked with. He makes sure I do the correct exercises when working out. He possesses a character that pushes me to come back to the gym. I like his training methods which have made me love going to the gym. I have made it part of lifestyle. He is really professional and he loves what he is doing. Through him, I have noticed certain progress in my life than when I was working on my own. His passion for work makes me believe in myself and this has made me optimistic about life. As a result, I highly recommend him to anyone searching for a trainer who is going to change their life in all dimensions.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I reduce prices based off of how many sessions you would like to do. The more sessions you want to schedule, the less money it will cost per session. I also do payments by month if that is easier for you. Once we agree to how many sessions per week you'd like to train, I can give you a stable price per month.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Go over availability and desired training frequency 2. Go over pricing 3. Figure out goals, favorite types of exercises, health history, past/present injuries 4. officially schedule training and get started!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from UW-River Falls with a Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Performance: Exercise Science, and am also an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, which you can only attain through acquiring a Bachelor's Degree, and passing a difficult cumulative test conducted by the ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine)
