FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's hard. But mostly I have the gamble in my hands of how long I will be in the air for how high I have to climb, and the size of the dropzone then if there are things to hit. I have to get my eyes on jobs to get a real indication of all these factors. That all said. NO not really. I try to be the most honest and fair that I can be with all! my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well initial contact is typically by phone or internet. Then when the best circumstances are able to happen we meet and walk your property and have a talk. Then I make an offer, write it up sign, and then schedule a date. Not many hassles with this guy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing the climbing for one company for for years. As well as my own side work. I have pretty much gone to climbing college. With 10 times the amount of hands on experience.
