- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most of my services, I charge a flat $10 per hour, which is payable via PayPal. I require 1/2 down, via PayPal Invoicing. Funds remain in PayPal until the project is complete and the employer is happy. Invoicing is done weekly on Sunday's.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked in an office setting for over 19 years. I enjoy every aspect, but I wanted the flexibility to be able to choose my projects, and my customers. I felt that becoming a Virtual Assistant would be the best route for me to utilize the skills and knowledge that I am strongest in ... the most important being customer satisfaction.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with Amazon sellers in adding products to their store and some special order products. I've worked with an appraiser searching national leads and submitting applications for him and most recently with an insurance agent from Canada, by converting his business forms from Excel and Word to user friendly fill-able .pdf forms.
