- What types of customers have you worked with?
We install, sand and finish traditional hardwood flooring. Most often we are working in remodel situations, re-sanding existing floors and adding on to the original. We have great techniques to make it look like it wasn't added on. We also work in new construction installing brand new flooring. We have access to every type of flooring and can custom texture, stain and finish. Pre-finished, engineered and laminate options also available.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a flooring professional, we suggest you ask three important questions. 1) What type of finish do you use? With the market being so competitive, flooring contractors are using lesser materials enabling them to charge less. The lowest price isn't always the best deal. 2) Who will be doing the work? Do you hire subs? This takes away responsibility for the work preformed. 3) Always as for references such as builders that they currently work for, what associations do they belong to such as The Builder's Association of the Twin Cities, or actual homeowner's phone numbers. Happy customers are generally willing to be references.
