Alexander was absolutely wonderful to work with. He came all the way from the north side of Chicago, quickly figured out what was actually wrong with my commercial storefront lock, and was completely transparent about the cost and what did — and did NOT — need to be replaced.
He even left to track down the correct part, called me before purchasing it as promised, and once the lock was working, noticed that the latch area had originally been cut too high and stayed to fix the alignment properly — without charging me anything extra.
Beyond being knowledgeable and ethical, he was just genuinely kind, patient, funny, and pleasant to have around. What started as a very frustrating situation ended up being such a positive experience. It is rare to find someone who makes you feel completely comfortable that you’re being treated fairly and that they actually care about doing the job right.
I will absolutely call Alexander again and recommend him without hesitation. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My electric lock batteries went completely dead while I was away on a trip, in a middle of a power outage to top it off. Several companies only offered to drill the cylinder. Guardian Locksmith acrually managed to open the lock without ruining the cylinder. Service was punctual, professional and most importantly solved the issue quickly. Will use them again for other services. Highly recommended.
