Alexander was very helpful. He was able to fix my existing [very expensive] lock and provide a 2 year warranty when another locksmith told me it needed to be replaced. Would use again.

An Exceptional Locksmith Who Truly Cares, Alex Is in a League of His Own!

In a city where finding trustworthy professionals can sometimes feel impossible, Alex is a rare exception. Too often, you encounter people who overcharge, cut corners, or claim expertise they simply don't have. And then there are people like Alex, who remind you what genuine professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service look like.

After my home was broken into, Alex came out late in the evening to make sure my home was secure and every lock was properly replaced. What could have been just another service call became an extraordinary example of someone genuinely caring about the person on the other side of the door.
Earlier that day, another locksmith had come out and done a disappointingly poor job. Alex didn't just replace my locks. He carefully inspected the previous locksmith's work, identified what had been done incorrectly, and took the time to fix everything. He was meticulous, knowledgeable, and determined to make sure the job was done RIGHT.
And he did it all with a smile, incredible charm, kindness, and genuine concern for my safety. At a moment when I was dealing with the stress and vulnerability of having my home broken into, that level of care meant more than I can express.

The technician was extremely responsive and arrived the same day I contacted him. He offered a very competitive price. He quickly repaired the locks and keys and corrected the incorrectly installed door locks at no charge, demonstrating his integrity. Throughout the process, he remained professional. I am very satisfied with his work and will definitely hire him again for future projects.

Guardian Locksmith did a great job on a couple of locks that weren't working. They were very responsive and were fixing my locks within an hour.
