We do accounting and our old copier died one night. Steve and the staff at ProServ brought us a loaner so we get our customers taxes done on time. The loaner was a console model and we were using a small table top copier. Steve opened up a brand new machine, set it up and delivered it the night before taxes were due. He let us use it for another few days and we loved it! So we bought it! Samsung SCX-6555N. He installed the software and networked our entire office. I cannot thank him enough for working after hours to help us! Great service and he doesn't over charge, I checked! We love Steve and ProServ! He also sells us toner for our other HP and Canon machines in the office at a price much less than the big stores around here, we love him! Thank you Steve!
