- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first session is a fitness test to get a baseline for where you are as well as figuring out what your goals are. This is free. After that I charge a monthly fee to be discussed with the client. I do offer discounts if the client has to sign up for a gym membership while I'm training them. As well as discountss for any connections to Rising Son MMA.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM certified Personal trainer. I do also have Corrective Exercise Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certifications.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After loosing seventy pound of fat I got certified to be a personal trainer to help other people with their own weight goals.
