I've been on Thumbtack for 6 years, then decided to
take a break. We are back! Accepting new clients now. Specializing in short-term rental , move out cleanings, and all your regular / deep cleaning needs . We take a lot of pride in our cleaning and only put one person if needed in each home. good cleaners are hard to find, and sometimes i hire the wrong one. they hang around long. People that leave reviews should understand that it's hard to put the right fit in some houses. i do my best
dishes aren't my thing or picking up after your children. cleaning is
unless you feel it needs 2 to get it done the first time. After regular cleaning begins, the same person is put in your home. i don't believe in a different person every time, and I'm not very effective in my book. We are servicing GB & Fox Valley areas. I hope to meet you soon!

Jessie was my cleaner and she actually arrived early. She did an excellent job cleaning our house. She was very friendly and respectful of some of the items in the house. I am having her back in two weeks to clean again. I would like to thank Betty for having people that are willing to work in the rural areas. The price is very reasonable. Thank you Betty and Jessie.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
new clients I request they start with a deep clean that way once the regular cleaning starts you are maintaining everything shouldn't need a deep clean anymore. but there are exceptions too
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my grandmother taught me at a very young age. lol
But really i learned from my customers as I ask what are you doing in your cleaning person? And they explain and I do what is asked. which I collect from everyone of them and bring yo others attention.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
when I was laid off back 2004 I decided to start my own business. cleaning was something I knew well. I listened to my customers and did what others wouldn't not every customer will be happy but I always do my best. I'm trying to train other to work the way I do. there are way to many unhappy customers I try to make right!
