- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a through consultation with every client, however, with new clients the consultation is especially important so they may have the opportunity to clarify any questions they may have about the service they're going to receive and any questions about me. I also like to get to know my clients needs for the treatment during the consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Lakeside School of Massage in Milwaukee, WI for my training, what a fabulous school! Which allowed me to take my state license exam and received my NCBTMB credentials. I have worked and currently work in the only Forbes 5 Star spa in Wisconsin since 2006. Continuing education is a must for my license so I am always learning something new.
