Hunter responded to my project right away, was able to provide an estimate and schedule a time to fix the truss. He arrived when he said he would, had the gussets already cut and ready to go. He finished the repair, took photos and cleaned up when done. He also explained how he was going to repair the truss and why that was the right approach.
