Brian was wonderful! From the initial contact for a quote, all the way through the many hiccups that came with rescheduled delivery dates due to the holiday weekend (which forced us to have to change the time we needed Brian to come over) to the end result (three pieces of furniture-a sectional, a dresser, and a bed assembled in a timely manner) Brian was professional with reasonable pricing, always very prompt and clear, understanding of the circumstances (we literally moved into town the day before he came over to assemble our furniture so we had to make arrangements for everything via phone/online) flexible and accommodating, and very warm. Our furniture looks great, we couldn't be any happier! We are absolutely going straight to Brian Bowen the next time we need anything done!!

    Pricing for my services will vary depending on size, difficulty/how long it will take. I accept most payment options. Cash, check, credit card, Bitcoin, Venmo.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    After the first contact is made with a new customer I like to get to know them a little bit and find out what their expectations are. Then we typically walk through what the project entails so the customer understands what is going to happen and when so there are no surprises. Then we talk over cost and scheduling of the project if it is not being done right away.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have 18 years of experience in the maintenance and exterior cleaning industries. Formally educated in home inspection. ~28 years of informal tinkering and learning from my father who was also a handyman/carpenter. :)
