We are a fully insured home services company that serves the entire Twin Cities area as well as Western Wisconsin. I treat every customer as if they are my only customer and their home as if it were my own. I have been told by my customers that they love how easy I am to get ahold of no matter how busy I am. I will talk, text, or email any time of the day if you have a question. As a former maintenance engineer for a high end Las Vegas restaurant and night club group I have plenty of experience in the repair and maintenance field where appearance and functionality are expected to be top notch. I specialize in led lighting and energy efficiency improvements as well exterior cleaning. I enjoy working with my hands and helping people accomplish their home improvement goals. I get a lot of personal satisfaction seeing my customers happy and knowing I did my best. I also enjoy the the time I am able to spend with my children because of the freedom this type of work provides me.

Brian was on time and polite. He was very detailed in his work and made certain that the metal plate he installed to my ceiling, so that I could use it for exercises with the TRX strap, was in a good location to allow movement while supporting my weight. I would hire him again.

Wonderfully efficient work. Had about 7 projects needing done and Brian did a beautiful job. The price was on the low end and very fair for both of us. He is busy so we had a bit of a wait for appointment. Was definitely worth the wait. He did respond promptly

Brian came over the same day I made the request to mount an over the fireplace tv mount. The mount extends over the mantle and then lowers to maximize the ideal view of the picture. The instructions were not the best and the installation was far from basic but Brian tackled every issue that he encountered included customizing some washers that were not sized appropriately. Professional, polite and skilled. I will continue to use his handyman services as future projects pop up. Thanks Brian!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for my services will vary depending on size, difficulty/how long it will take. I accept most payment options. Cash, check, credit card, Bitcoin, Venmo.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the first contact is made with a new customer I like to get to know them a little bit and find out what their expectations are. Then we typically walk through what the project entails so the customer understands what is going to happen and when so there are no surprises. Then we talk over cost and scheduling of the project if it is not being done right away.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 18 years of experience in the maintenance and exterior cleaning industries. Formally educated in home inspection. ~28 years of informal tinkering and learning from my father who was also a handyman/carpenter. :)
