What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are commensurate with similarly experienced piano technicians in the Greater Milwaukee area. Tuning quotes are flat rates so that there are no unexpected add-ons at the end of your service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure to learn the customer’s history with the piano and learn all of their specific needs. An instrument inspection is also customary for new customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3-year apprenticeship with a highly esteemed master piano technician and 10 years of independent experience thereafter.
